More of a question this than an answer to anything.

But how would you guys compare the GR turbo busa? For starters it's streetfightered so I can't see it having much aerodynamic protection. Secondly the speeds he (GR) rides on one wheel. Also noticed on his site recently that SWT Racing (The crew who built and own his turbo busa) are going for the world wheelie record next year.

Wasn't my FZ1, some guy in the US where Givi gear is cheaper than in NZ. I have decided to leave my bike stock, engine wise. 124 rwhp is more that enough for me to deal with.

I agree 100%, that is one thing I have little tolerance on (I'm talking yellow line here) and reckon the penalty is not enough when you look at the possible consequences ($150)

Horse Power is what gets that bike to the speeds that it does I would think 300-500hp which is a shit load more than a stock Busa or R1.

And it is the fact that the bike doesent have a fairing on that it can wheelie at 300+kph if it did then I dont think that it would be possible.
    cheers DD

My XS1 Yamaha has a speedo in mph - so I've seen a genuine 205mph a few times, none of these cheap metric speeds for me,I'm talkin' MPH here guys...it's like comparing apples and horses - you can wank on all you like about 300kph,but until you've tried a real MPH speedo,it's just a lot of hot air.My speedos for hire - you want to experiance what this guy did...come around - do some real speed for once in your life.

Right on Motu, all my measuring is done in mph, feet per seconds, pounds per square inch an miles per gallon, none of this johnny-come-lately metric shit measurements, I mean an 11 pound trout sounds HEAPS more impressive than a 5kg trout eh?
