Ride safe! This weather is so shit it felt dangerous even at just 30kph this morning, Blue recycle bins flying around the road, etc.

    Congratulations babyblade250rr.

Hey, I see from your profile that I am 41yrs older than you and have had my bike licence for 52yrs!

Boy oh boy, how things have changed over that time!

It was a lot easier for us to get our licences but conditions on the roads and the quality of the bikes were crap by comparison and safety gear was practically nonexistent.

On a long ride you spent hours and hours without even seeing another biker, I guess that's where the excitement and waving thing gets built in to you.

I will have to resit my licences again before too much longer so I had better get swatting up on the road code or I might be walking before I really want to!

I am not actually looking forward to having to re apply/ re test, for my licences and will probably be a lot more apprehensive than you were.

Enjoy your bike, they sure are a lot better than first class walking! Cheers John.

Actually its only 3 they let you get wrong. I only sat my learner test last week and passed. Some of the questions were tricky but its all commonsense, so its pretty easy.Good on ya Babyblade for doin it.
"I came into this game for the action, the excitement... go anywhere, travel light,... get in, get out,... wherever there's trouble, a man alone... Now they got the whole country sectioned off; you can't make a move without a form."

Paved roads are just another example of wasted tax payer dollars.

I've come across a couple of what i believe to be trick questions in the motorcycle road.

Can people please help me with the answers to these.

Which brake is the MOST POWERFUL on a motorcycle?????
    a.rear
    b.front.
    c.both

Which is the most effective brake on a motorcycle
    a.front
    b.rear.
    c.the engine

I assume the answer to the second question is a. please correct me if im wrong

    cheers
I would say it depends on the machine, but front, front is not bad advice.

Some rear brakes might be more pwerfule but not more effective and vice` versa.

Shit; never had that put before me, good post.

Strongest brake is Finn's Dodge Ram when he does an emergency stop inches in front of you.
