I think I'd go with Suzuki. A bit poor on some finishing, but great motors.![]()
I've only owned 12 bikes so far, all Japanese (except a Vespa 150 Super sport - oh yes!!). Personally I've never had any problems motorwise with any of my Suzukis or Yammies. The Hondas I've owned have always been nicely finished but seem strangely agricultural in the gearbox (a strength on the Suzukis).
Taking up riding in the mid 70's was great. Got to ride almost all types/configurations of bikes.
Two and four strokes, singles, twins, triples, fours, V twins, dirt and road. They were all great fun, but I wouldn't rate any of them as great bikes.
