June - the great KB photo competition

Congrats to Paul in NZ for winning last month's competition!
    This month...

    1. Must be taken THIS MONTH
    2. One entry only. If you decide to enter a different photo you can edit your post and change the photo.
    3. The photo must be attached as a little clickable thumbnail, text links are dumb and annoying.
    4. The photo must be motorcycle related
    5. Amateur photographers only please. You professional guys are awesome and will blow us all away.

Give it a title or caption too.
Several people have offered prizes for this month, so the rules will be applied a bit more rigorously this time. But in the end that will be up to the judge who picks the finalists.
More prizes always welcome, as that'll make people more keen. Including me!
Thanks to Big Dave for choosing the finalists for May, can another professional photographer PM me and offer to be the judge for this month?
Oh, and if there aren't many entries for this month we can make the competition bi-monthly next time.

If you don't know how to post clickable thumbnails, go to the test stuff thread, click the little paper-clip icon, and practise attaching a photo from your computer or the net.

    Go for it folks!

Co-Pilots eye view of the twisties

This is the best one of mine (well actually Vic took it) so far this month...
Took Victor through the Maungatapu to Pelorus and back, he's never been on more than gravel
The DR also clocked up 10000km near the end of the ride.
This ride drove home to me how much my riding has improved on gravel.
I was quicker through there 2-up than I could get through 1-up even as recently ago as the Dusty Butt.

might be a tad blury but its not a bad photo over all... the bluryness adds to the effect of the photo

A 60kph gravel sweeper at 1/40th of a second will do that
The gravel in the centre isn't blurry.

I like the effect - just a shame the focus didn´t go to the vanishing point where we should be looking!

nice shot, I am getting frustrated with my blurry motion images. But hey, a DSLR wouldn´t be taken along on the bike ride.

    Yes it will/is
But it won't be taking any "in motion" shots that's for sure. That's why I got a little Canon A450 P&S.

A moist day in Paris, a classic bike, some photo trickery and great architecture.

(The bike was next to the Arch thingy, hence the comment about the architecture)
