HELP PLEASE - If you are going to Manfeild tomorrow (21/07/2007)

I had some service done by TSS Motorcycles in Petone, and they have the seat to my bike in their workshop.

If you are going to Manfeild tomorrow, and you are nearby, it would be great if you could swing by TSS and ask the workshop if you could please have the seat off Simon's Honda RVF.

It is black and has a white underside. There are two lug type things protruding from the rear with holes in them for bolts to go through. It is probably on the workbench on the western wall of the shop. It's not very big and could fit in an average sized backpack.

Not bagging TSS by any means, Deano and myself were basically standing over them while they finished the work off, so the poor mechanic was a bit distracted. They actually deserve a pat on the back for pulling out the stops to get the bike finished. They all wanted to leave and go home, poor guys and I sympathize with them a lot.

Deano also deserves beer for making a seat out of a cat carrier, bubble wrap and electrical tape, which is actually pretty comfy.

To find me at Manfeild, umm, the bike will probably be in one of the garages near the entrance. It has a red and white tank, a red with Honda wing main fairing and a white front guard and a white rear cowling.

Haha, We forgot the one for the bike im using as well.

Used to the pillion seat + loads of duct tape.

Only problem was there was a big angle on it so my poor balls would hit the tank everytime i brake'd ... I soon learnt how to aviod this.

    Hell yeah....I'd love it alright.

Just about brough an old VFR400 a few months back, it was going to become a project race bike.

Other priorities at the moment though (new family and all). Still on my list of things to do in the next couple of years though.
