Incorrect, Both have the option to go straight, only the right lane may turn right.
However, this is often misunderstood by drivers on this roundabout, I have nearly been taken out several times, and seen others get done too.

Glad you are basically ok, so I guess you learnt the lesson of wearing all the gear then huh?
Good luck with the repairs mate.

I live down at Albany and always get off at that exit.. I learnt that you gotta be very careful around there..(even when im on 4 wheels) seen heaps of blimming people dont indicate..or they swerve from lane to lane cant making up there freaking mind..

thats correct about the lane, left lane (which I was in) has the option to go left or straight, right lane may go right or straight, both lanes go right around the roundabout, I was in the wrong going right, my mistake was taking the drivers indicator for granted, did I mention it was a learner driver with his mum? I know another person that did the same thing in a car, and whats worse is I use that motorway exit everyday and probably 3 times a day on weekends. ( for those that dont know there are 2 massive roundabouts each 2 lanes wide which you can get your knee down on both before burning it up greville road for 1km without any possibility of cars pulling out

As with all my crashes (11 now) I didnt care about my injuries, I just wanted to pick my bike up. (ive walked from 10). I was so gutted about the state of my bike, if you knew me you would know how much work Ive put into all my bikes - particulary this one (I crashed it big 10 months ago,4 days after I got it with no insurance - 2 months to rebuild everyday.)

As for wearing gear I learnt that a long time ago. what I learnt this time is I will never ride without a back protecter ever again, if you dont have one, get one.
also I wear shoes over my alp stars boots 95 percent of the time, that changes. I was very lucky to bruise my ankle and not break it, I think the car hit it and it is my only injury. I worked a 10 hour day on it today tho.

I didnt ride my bike today for the first time in 8 months, but Ill be riding by the weekend, hopefully have her back to new within a month, I am really surprised how well she crashed but will be investing in oggy nobs asap.
This crash was another wake up call to slow down on the road, and will be followed through. This was an expensive lesson.

P.s. what surprised me were when 4 bikes rocked up to the roundabout at once, right next to me with my bike in full view crashed (on the island) - 3 of them (superduke +2 ducati's) did a full revolution of the roundabout (instead of going left originally) went right past me and didnt stop ?
I was injured, no money, no money on my phone with no way of getting home and it was pure luck that I was able to cable tie my fairing back on and limp the bike back home, if the situation was reversed, I would have stopped even if my friends didnt.

p.p.s - prior to this crash I had purposely denipped the bolts on my handlebars around the forks as well as on my clutch so they would both pivot rather than break and it worked a gem, the handle bar was twisted all the way to the tank and the clutch lever had moved as well, I was able to loosen said bolts and move them back to original position without any breaks, I nipped them back up how they were which was tight enough to have never have moved though a couple hundred wheelies/stoppies over the last 4 months - I would recomend this to all riders.

    So...
    Just to recap...

On a CB250RS you accelerated out of the way...
    Then you woke up...

    Cheeky prick!

Compared to automatic-gearbox 1500cc lead weights, it can accelerate briskly enough.

But you're allowed to make fun of me -- you have a bike with the same engine, except the frame's heavier

Shame about the damage to the bike - but any bin you walk away from is a good one

    Okay drama queen...

Actually it was 3 bikes. Superduke R (brand new that day - nice), Ducati 749s and me on a Brutale R. It was the Superduke that did the loop to take a look at your crashed bike, not all 3. Your bike was upright and you were standing there looking embarrassed as you should. Given you had no money and this was your 11th crash, I'm glad we didn't waste our time stopping to help your sorry arse.

Number 11 eh? Perhaps you should consider buying a car or better yet, take the bus. You might be able to save some money this way.

Perhaps if you bin that much, the maybe you should invest in a crash frame or crash bungs and maybe some decent leathers. Atleast with leather you have less of a chance of requiring skin grafts when you get to the hospital. 11 times is a lot by most peoples standards, but hey atleast your no skidMark (i hope).

che bro - would that be a subliminal request for me add busa's to the list of bikes to ignore when they're in trouble - your stereotype for ducati riders is shite I've got to say der's nice ones and dud ones just like the rest & I've lifted 4 or 5 stuck drivers off the coro roads over the last few years

His best investment would be some riding lessons, just because he's walked from all his accidents so far doesn't mean he'll walk from the next one
