    Was there 5min after happend . Would have been right there if hadn't stopped to let mate catch up on the top of Mt Messenger .Mate I road back with from Mokau had just had a drink with the couple on the Harley & there Son & partner at Mokau . Made for a sad day when a Local is killed so close to home SENSEI

    Oh sorry to hear that man. Don't know what it would be like riding after that happened, I only just managed to ride after my mate crashed, and he was sweet.

    Yes, you're quite right. There are also a lot of trucks on the road (don't we know it!) and 4wd's are far less manouverable than any car or bike. I notice they also fall over and kill their occupants more often.

    It's the perception that's the problem, not the facts......................
