They've been there forever. They deserve a medal for being able to handle that windy hole for soooo long.

Anza has been in palmy for so long its hard to remember it NOT being there.
I would say this about any shop no matter what they sell.
If you are happy with the deal when you sign it up then thats all that matters. If it all goes pear shaped with the bike its not just the shop that puts it rite, its the master importer / agency that says yes / no to any claim. I work for a Ford dealer and sometimes we say no and Ford say yes and sometimes its the other way round. There is also a heap of LAW to look out for you in most situations.
    Cheers Paul.

Only been there once, i turned up on a filthy gsxr1000 with shagged tyres after the Stroud, Harris, McEwen trackday at minefield. They still let me out on a demo Buell xb12x to kill some time. My ANZA experience was positive.

I haven't been there for ages but do they still have those awesome free muffins with their coffee in the showroom on the weekends?

Us not so young chaps remember when the shop wasn't ANZA so "forever" has different meanings for different people.

Thanks for the feedback guys! I'll find out if my bike is written off today or tomorrow and they seem to have some deals on new bikes (anyone got a good nick, new or newish Hornet 250 for sale?) but wouldn't drive 5 hrs for a service! Another thing that sticks in my mind would be to get the bike I want, maybe not the best price but something reasonable from the place I'd like to get it serviced at? Buy myself some favour with the shop?

    Very helpfull

Went and bought gear from them whilst in Palmy on holiday last year, didn't know which was best or crap re jackets, pants.Guy who dealt with me was good, knowledgeable and also said brand x was better than brand y even though I was thinking of brand y which was dearer option.Left feeling happy with helmet etc,and leaving us alone to think things over was good, damn some of the bikes were nice.Went there recently when looking for a car, sales guy shifted a couple so we could take for a spin all while raining, couldn't fault them.

I have only been in Palmie for a month but two different long term Palmie bikers recommended ANZA. I have found them to be really helpful, good advice re helmets clothing etc don't push you to the expensive ones necessarily. 86GSXR got his Daytona from there and it is sweet as....

Very good to deal with...Eddie in Sales is top bloke, very obliging.Highly recommend the workshop for servicing..Phil,Stu & Mike absolutely top guys, even work through their lunch break so i could get home before dark....probably why I travel nearly 400ks for a service, speaks for itself really. Shit...nearly forgot Paddy in the Parts...been good to me on more than one occasion....come to think of it, they're all bloody good down there. As I said before..Highly Recommended Cheers W

I went in there to see what they had around. A sales guy come up to me and asked what I was looking for. Seemed nice enough. I said I was looking for a 750-1000cc sports bike. He huffed and walked away.

    I left.

Maybe he didnt have any, didnt care or was just having a bad day but I went to wellington and gave my money to crasherfromwayback at wellington motorcycles. Worked well for me.

My $89.93 (dont get anything for 2 cents anymore)
