Recommended WOF testing stations in Palmerston North?

After reading the thread on aftermarket exhaust and WOF requirements... I'm interested to know of any recommended WOF testing stations in Palmerston North. Especially interested to hear of any places to avoid - bad experiences, poor service, etc.

    Input appreciated

ONROAD NZ is where I take my bikes and have never had a problem with after market anythings on the bikes as long as the bike is in good working order ie brakes, electrics and suspension you wont have any problems

Thumbs up Sorry to resurrect an ancient thread...but...

Repeat question as the OP, it seems 'vtnz' has assimilated 'onroad' in palmerston north at least since this thread began, Still i have heard nothing but baad feedback regarding wof checks from vtnz.

This will be my first motorcycle wof check ever since owning a roadbike at the beginning of the year, Do i have any other options other than vtnz? a quick google didn't give any obvious alternatives.
I am open to taking the bike to other towns that are relatively local i.e manawatu region. Any tips or feedback is appreciated.

P.s i have 14 days compliance for no reg or warrant

VTNZ is fine for ticking boxes and getting a sticker. If you want a more expert look over though, take it just down the road to City Honda.

I would avoid VTNZ and rather go to City Honda as well

Not sure about Palmy, but never has an issue with vtnz testing my bikes in Wellie

I have been twice at VTNZ (559/561 Tremaine Ave in Palmerston North), both times were good. I can recommend it. They did a thorough check, without picking on her.
