Should be about done and files sent this weekend, weren't happy with that wheel, knobs didn't match the perspective, been looking at real wheels from similar angles with a view to how we might improve it a bit as we only get one shot at this.
Text is ready to go. Corel draw is great.

Here's a laugh... part done logo, part laugh.

    Hi team,

it appears some of the oiginal postings were lost with the KB hard-drive crash.....

Is this more graphic representation not more in keeping with the original logo

If we muck with the back end of the bike we are so far removed from the original logo, we may as well just design our own totally new one. I thought the idea was just to add enough of a knobbly etc to the original logo to make it stand out...... ( see my rough knobblies posted again for the 2nd time )

Relax, this was the last concept drawing, we have made the corners of the knobs sharp in this one, blow it up to full screen/ Tee shirt size and step back, they look 3D. Just not happy with the top and especially bottom knob positions and orentations, or the notches in the sides as you wouldn't normally see them all the way round.
The peak has been made sharper too, most the rest of the logo has pointy ends to it's curves.

Just out of interest here is the original sketch that the logo was designed from... found deep in the bowels of KB. You can kind of see from that that the left knobs should disappear over the top of the tire out of sight near the front and bottom.

Awesome but now you just need to put the original edges back (with a notch or two in the outside edge) and tidy it up a bit. Thats perfect for me to caderise it.

Dude, that is awesome. Be down for 1 with a logo like that.

Cause Nordies image is a raster rather than vector I though I'd have ago at tracing it in Cad but frankly I suk at it (harder than coloring ) and I recon it sux. I'm going to get little sister to have ago at it some time over the weekend if she has time. Much better at drawing than me.

I still think we need to keep the original outlines of the back wheel albeit modified with the knobbly's. If we went to simply what Nordie did I think it is too far from the original.

Anyway - my lame attempt from lunchtime.

    Looks great. Awesome work TA.
Sometimes you wish it was easier, but if it was, everyone else would do it, then you remember you don't want to be like everybody else!

Yep, I still vote for Carl's version in post #95, as is discussed above, we are still only a splinter group from the main KB group, so we need to keep the basic lines of the site drawing in order to be recognised by the rest of the KB surfers.....

Looking good fellas, amazing how mch teamwork and discussion has gone into this, but as discussed, we only get one hit at it.

If we get enough pencilled orders, can we get the price per shirt down a bit possibly ???
