Can anyone tell me where I can find out about doing a riding course similar to that one at Whenuapai a wee while ago? :spudwhat:
I couldn't make it to that one but am pretty keen to learn a few skills beyond the basic handling...![]()

MV Agusta here I come! ....one day
who knows. if you want traing heres a couple of options
1. start with people you know a better then you ask them for pointers but stay inside your limits.
2. keith codes book or video is very good
3. October the 16th(yes the waikato rally) there is a training day at the taupo track where the empasis is on training not going round a track fast, Hamilton motorcycle club are running this so contact them if you want. its $100
4. i saw a thread in here somewhere theres a training day at taupo again with fred merkel for $250.
5. Honda riders club are running a training day at taupo again on November the 9th.
Taupo is a track that will suit your bikes top speed (even on my 600 its pretty hard to hit 200) this also helps because the speed difference from the road isnt a great deal where as pukekohe the speed jump from the road is quite a lot. hope this all helps
Try the Ride Right Ride Safe course. phone Finn on 625-5533. About $50.![]()

You should try phoning them as Yarg suggests, or you could email them at bronzauckland@hotmail.com .Originally Posted by Yarg
