Me too.Car license day I turned 15 and got "provisional" same day & full license a few weeks later

It was in Ashvagas.Brother took me to station on his xl250motosport.Nice policeman told me to ride around the block. He stayed and chatted to the bro-I pulled up outside station. He'd already written out my license

Dosent get any easier than that.I had a cool brother who taught me to ride and provided me with his old bikes & my parents were great about me riding too.Back in the olden days.........

It really sounds like licenses were much more easily obtained back in the day, when a cop followed you around the block. Nowadays you have to literally "rehearse" for the test.

So in NZ you get trained how to pass a test... Then you get a driving license.
