Palmy - Longburn, cows on road

Just in case somebody reading this knows somebody heading through there in this crap weather tonight. Cows aren't exactly easy to see in the dark.

Police are advising motorists on State Highway 56 near Longburn (Palmerston North area) to be mindful of cattle on the road overnight. Approximately 2 dozen cattle escaped from a paddock on S.H 56 and may be hazardous to motorists until such time as they have been re-captured.
Care is required.
