In my experience you gradually get road fit over time, I practiced for the GC a couple of years ago and the difference was amazing, I went from aboy 200 km in a hit to maybe 5 or 600 just stopping for fuel and back to about 95% after 10 minutes off the bike. Corbin Seats are awesome though although they don't promote moving round in the seat too much sometimes which can be a problem. Never had a Gel seat and I've found Sheepskin (for me) to be a waste of time. Just stop farting about and get in to the groove.
Has it ever bothered you that Therapist is The Rapist if you break the word in two? It bothers me, especially when they suggest hypnosis.
