    weekday riding

    made it to within about 100mtrs of work and before anyone could spot me turned around. Too good a day not to be on the bike. Anyone else going riding ? Could possibly hook up, ill check here just before I leave in about half an hour.

    My apologies to anyone stuck at work who reads this and hates me. But if you were single, no mortgage and no children what would you do on a day like this?? thats a rhetorical question

    It's a good thing no responsible motorcyclists, particularly KBers, were in the area. Their opinion of my sanity might have dropped

    Strangely, I should have been rejoicing in the fine, sunny weather, and having a ball, but it was all a bit flat.
    Unlike Monday, where I had an absolute blast going to work.
    Badlieutenant's got the right idea though, I reckon, given the scarcity of dry days lately (and in future short-term forecasts).
    ... and that's what I think.

    Or summat.

    I would have ridden today to work,but had to take out Subaru into the dealership because of a Recall (Groan!!!)

    Nevermind.all sorted

    Hehehe, dropped the baby..er, bike off for it's first service at 9:30am, the shop called @ 11:15 and said it was all done...maybe i babied it so much they just wiped it with a rag and said "service done", but it means i have to pick it up at 12:00 and then decide whether to ride back to work, or ah.... not...

    raglan sounds good, anybody know what time the ferry goes? kaikoura would probalby be looking okayish today...

    and on the odd time the boss actually arrives at work before I do, HE rings me up and asks where I am...

    yea i think ill have to go for a ride after lunch. Yay no work today its great, although i still have this stupid cough which is really annoying me.
