Nice bike. I have a 500 with a stage 3 Stan Stephens engine and running Nikon Chambers.
Take my word for it, save your dough on the forks and put some Race Tech emulators in it instead. The forks will end up working real close to what the cartridge forks do and at a fraction of the cost. Spend the money on a decent rear shock, mines got an Ohlins in it and it makes a massive difference.

    WAAAAAALLLLLL.....

I pulled the airbox restictor out of it today. Much bettererer!! And put some decent oil in. Now its running much more like I would expect!!! Happy me

Careful Padone. There are a few lengths on the airbox, removing some will improve things but removing them all will start to loose power. I remember Chris telling me specifically about this & is tests on the dyno. General rule is airflow doesn't like sharp edges.
