Just a nice way to acknowledge him, lay him to rest and for people to know they can go there to pay there respects.
May I come? (if I can get out of a job I need to do) Im a mate of SDU and LeMans so if they are going Id hang out with them.

Yes it is a real piss-A.

The little turd will get his soon enough, trust me.

And if it is delayed until to the 24th more of us can turn up and blow kisses at him.

It will be a postponement he may well just regret having.

It was a nice day, really hard but nice. It was nice to see the bikes there, I knew with the kids going most people would'nt bring them, so it was really cool to see you guys on the bikes. Brendon would be pleased. Anton and me went back down afterwards and just sat with him, it feels nice to be there with him.

For any of you that know Brendon and would like to go down some time he is now resting at the
Woodlawn Crematorium, Linwood Ave, CHCH. If you take the entrance on linwood ave left of the big
wooden sign, follow the path up to the end where it crosses the next path and Brendon is second on
the left. It is close to the entrance, he has the hills on one side, he can hear the bikes ride down linwood ave and his mum is resting a short distance accross from him.

Hopefully will know in the morning what is happening over the court date. I have tried to move it from xmas eve. Masons lawyer refuses to do it after xmas - during xmas there is more chance of home detention. So they are trying to do it on friday. Not that they were to helpful in the beginning, but they obviously realise the situation now and they are doing their best to get things through for friday. It looks like all the reports will be ready, they just have to confirm that they have a judge that can do it that day. Will post the details soon as I know.

Thanks to everyone who turned up a court the support was great. Unfortunately I didn't cope very well and was bundled off quickley. Hence the late post of the out come. The judge actually addressed both myself and maureen (close friend who owned the Rocket) and gave us the oppotunity to speak to him. I couldn't cos I was already a blubbering wreck but I was so pleased Maus did. She actually had abit of a go at Masons lawyer, who snapped back at her! But in the end the sentance, which I just can't get my head around, was - 3 months home detention, 18 months loss of licence to be resat with defensive driving course, 150 hours comunity Service and $10k reparation to be paid off. The 3 months home detention is unbelieveable in my book, especially when this is the second time he has been up on charges of aggrivated driving. I must admit that atleast this time he did look as though it was effecting him, he looked at me and maus a few times, and it looked as though he was trying not to cry. That atleast means something.

WTF,if he had done a home invassion he would get more of a sentance, just finished reading this whole thread, man am I fucked off,was thinking of going for a ride, will wait till I cool off.

As for what the turd has put you through,I hate the idea of vigilante justice, but hope he gets some, with home detention I hope he is forced to watch for 18 hours replays of shorty st and coro st,along with music of billy ray cyrus.

And for fucks sake he had cancer treatment last year,I know how that stuffs the family around, get passed that hickup and try to rebuild your life, look to get a clearance in 5 years seems a long time at beginning, then for this shit to happen, words fail me.
