Yes, a guy in car not paying attention took out my father way back in 1991. It also still makes me angry that he also pleaded not guilty in court.

Nothing quite so saddening, yet making you so furious at the same time, as hearing about an absolute tragedy like this.

And then the lowlife piece of pond scum pleads not guilty. What the fuck is wrong with fucking maggots like this piece of shit? He killed someone in a head on collision - as good as pulling a gun on him... yet clearly believes he has done nothing wrong, no remorse for killing someone better than 10 of him? Hey no worries, there was another accident the same night and some details got muddled. The cops even got some of it muddled because it had to go between the kaipoi station and chch station. Just wanted people to know what was happening, he had alot of friends and thought it would be respectful to fill them in on whats happening. A big thanks to those who have private messaged me aswell. the support is great and to have people tell me similar situations and how they have come out of it is great. I really do appreciate the advice as it is very hard to know what to do at the moment. Also a reply to "dangerous" yes the V-Max will be completed ! It was his baby and it was almost complete after an o ring went and it leaned it out. I will defineately have to get it completed there is no way I can leave it sitting in parts, that would be a sad memory.

Everyone knows what an awesome guy Brendon was and someone mentioned something about Brenblade? Not sure if you were refering to the joke about Brenigade - a few years ago trying to come up with a name for his pipes. Anyway just wanted to say alot of people were probably confused about the triumph - the bike belonged to a good friend Maureen Rose, he had borrowed it for the weekend as the v max was about a month away from being on the road.. The guy that hit Brendon was Steve Eric Mason, 31 yrs of chch. He wasn't in a 4x4 or drunk just f#kn dumb! He was speeding , had overtaken 4 other vehicles before he hit Brendon, he pulled out within 6 feet of him. Brendon didn't stand a chance. Now we are left to deal with what the f#kwit has done and try to explain to my son why daddy can't be with us anymore. He is missed so much by so many people but no most of all by me and Anton.

One week today to the predeposition hearing. The dickheads lawyer has indicated to police that he will plead not guilty again and take it to trial. All I can say is that surely if he fcking around like this and no remorse he must be up for max sentance. If he is all the pissing around will be worth it cos if he gets max sentance he will have all day everyday to start thinking about feeling guilty, and if he has to do his thinking while playing someones bitch then all the better.
