My son and I are riding Santoft tomorrow. If any of you are there give us a yell, we will have a trailer behind a white Honda CRV with a DRZ400 and KDX200.

Too late, but my husband and his boss are there - beige Ford Laser with an old blue trailer. Andy's got a red and white TT350 and his boss has some 250 something or other!
Looks like the weather is holding - for now!
Yes, I am pedantic about spelling and grammar so get used to it!
Rode at santoft both days - I was one of the sweep riders. Kicking myself now for not taking any photos but it was a hell of a good time. The tracks were mostly (90%) singletrack through the pines, most of it was sand with a few bog sections on some of the farmland and along the edge of creek lines.
Absolutely knackered, but stoked with how the 400 handled. She is a heavy bit of machinery compared to some of the enduro bikes, let alone the feather weight MXers. Covered about 140 km in total, took on a few trees, wore some roost, opened her up along the beach and generally had a bloody good time.
Will post a thread earlier next time so we can maybe get a few of us together. In the true spirit of adventure riding I was looking to ride there and back...I'm glad I didn't...it was trail riding through and through.
I have a Google Earth track JPEG if anyone is interested, but not a lot of detail is visible.
You wouldn't believe it Steve (no you have children you most probably would), I went out and bought a new battery for the DR yesterday morning, got Tony to take the brand new rear guard off the KDX and put the broken one back on (we are planning on selling it), arranged to meet up with another Naki person down there, then Tony went off to soccer..... He came home, we loaded the bikes on the trailer, then I asked him why he was limping.......
To cut a long story short, instead of driving to Santoft this morning I drove him to the Doctor to have his foot X-rayed!!
So as you can see the bikes are now nicely loaded on the trailer in the corner of the garage!!
Yes looking forward to the ride this coming weekend, shame you wont be there!
sorry you did'nt manage to get out on your ride with Tony- and yes as a Dad myself I can relate - Cheers Mike - catch you sometime S
