Help with changing rear shock

Hi there,

Wondering if anyone would be willing to help me change a rear shock on a Honda Hornet. I dont have a jack or the like to lift the bike off the ground and am also thinking that I may have to take the rear tyre off to slip the shock out (not too confident of doing that myself yet if it is indeed required). Please give me a buzz if you find it in the goodness of your heart to help or lend a bike jack............ I'm on the North Shore (Albany).
