    BuckBuckNo1's One Thousandth Post

I think that it is rather appropriate tonight that this is my 1,000th post on kiwibiker.

Having started as a complete newbie in May 2006, and for those that are interested go onto my profile and look at the threads as well as the blogg. I hope you will find some useful insights if you are just starting out, or with respect to the learned riders I trust too that you found some useful and thought provoking items:

    For Example:
    Newbie Training Update
Self Discipline - 1000km before leaving the valley
    Bike Maintenance Course
My first Off [in the carpark]
    Getting the Restricted
Organising Christmas and New Years Eve Harbour and Bay Rides
    The Advanced Riding Course
    The Defensive Driving/Riding Course
    The Full Licence
Cruiser Style Honda VLX 600 - A wrong choice [medical physical reasons]
The DL650 VStrom - right choice for touring - but turned out to be transition
The Winter Solstice Ride - Wellington to Alfredton and Eketahuna Return

    And my mantra:

    Where Are You Riding?
    How Are You Riding? And
Why Are You Riding Like That! Right Now!

Finally, I am sure all of you that know me understand I hold in the highest regard and deepest respect for, my Mentor, our Uncle B, without whom this whole riding pleasure would not have been possible.

The CB900 Hornet - arrived today thanks to Uncle B wisdom.

Congrats on thousand posts! I'm in awe. Cheers.
When you take thousands of photos of your bike does the light from the flash weaken the plastic?
