    I really enjoyed the show. Low key, no bullshit and relatively easy to get in to have a look at stuff.

    Highlights for me: the Vincents (obviously) Ariel Square 4, very cool Matchless Silver Hawk (1930's narrow angle V4 with overhead valves.... there really is nothing new under the sun).

    The best bike there (though I think it was roundly scorned by the purists) was a heavily modified Norton Commando. I heard someone sneeringly refer to it as the "Jap Norton" in that it had what looked like late model Yamaha or suzuki wheels on it, decent forks and shocks and wide tyres. It was beautifully done, and was black with gold pinstriping. Yeah baby I would make a place for that in the garage any day of the week.

    I also need a bike that is black, with purple and white... very cool colour scheme (on a Scott Flying Squirrel)

    There were a couple there, though not my cuppa unless its fully dressed...My brother owns a Royal Enfield, but have not seen it so far...as he lives in Japan

    yep the hurricane was my fav too, altho the purple scott was nice too

    Hell yeah, It also has a big bore kit, solid mounted motor ,Suzuki forks/wheels & one of my special fibreglass modded Commando tanks on it and Rays bike goes like a scalded cat, while sounding glorious!! I SAY TO HELL WITH THE BLOODY PURISTS,
