Places to ride around Auckland?

I have just moved from the south island to auckland. I have no idea where to go and ride. i have been to some bike park out west but with out being rude its kinda not that much fun. Can anyone give me some places to go i know ardmore but its only open on sunday for racing at the moment. but any tracks like that would be good thanks.

The sap buster is on this weekend!!

There is also Kimmies and thunder park. You would peobably enjoy those places. Keep an eye on www.silver-bullet.co.nz and the WMCC and RMCC club sites to see what is happening.

check out MR Motorcycles web site for the date for the 6 rides they put on start latter in the year they are allways good cross country rides

All of the above are good
If your only over in Mt Welly there's Ardmore practice every Wednesday afternood 1-6pm, $15-00 per bike and Events on every 2nd Sunday I think. www.amamx.co.nz. No cross country an MX track with jumps etc, quite good, well prepared usually. Its by Armore aerodrome.
