    Siberian trike with balloon wheels - fun!

    Hey I just found this, quite mad.
    From Siberia, near Novosibersk.
    Look at the weird cooling system, looks like a forced-air blower, necessary because it probably doesn't go too fast! Imagine how much fun to ride!
