If it doesn't move and should, use the WD-40.
If it shouldn't move and does, use the duct tape.
And now a third thing a bloody big gun to shoot theives with!

I'll try again, the internet keeps dropping out on me. Hope its sorted before tomorrows race!
If the bushes are damaged they will need to be replaced. Otherwise stiction and harshness will be a problem. I see alot of butchered bushes that have been put back into forks. The tolerances are fine, damaged bushes will comprimise your suspensions smooth action.
I saw Chop today but I'm not sure what his plans are. I think he is looking to sell his big green trailie and get another race bike.

I don't really like anything under 3 hours. Seems like a waste of a day for anything less than a 3 hour ride. Like MX, usually only get an hours riding over the day with the short races they have these days, yet it takes up your whole day. I think the GNCC races are only 2 hours, is that right? Thats why I have not bothered with them in the past. Would rather go trail riding and get a decent ride in, although even alot of those the tracks seem to get closed way to early.

Depends how fastyou are I suppose.
It was three hours for me last year at woodhill. Waimiha had to be seen to be beleived. it haled at one point and that was I January. I never been on a more slippery ride in my life. I could hardly stand up afterwards. having said that I just went straight into it. I had only bought the bike a day before and stupidly thought I could do the same as I did 20yrs ago.

OK cheers, I thought they were shorter than 3 hours. Would be nice if there was a mixture of tight and open stuff. See you guys there, perhaps. Better get to bed so I can get up early for Ben Townleys race in the morning.
    Spot ya!

The GNCC is only two hours, I think last year the expert and elite classes might have been three hours, but they are listed as only being two hours this year.

Anyway two hours non stop is more than enough for me, but I will be doing the full series this year for sure.
