Good news for the two stroke luvas!

I've been reading reports that in the latest Dirt Bike magazine (probably not available here yet) that the President of US Ops for Suzuki says the RM250 will continue for a few more years PAST 2008.
Suzuki's website says opposite apparantly, but there could be some hope that this is correct. I hope so.

It will probably be like the KDX and not change anything apart from the graphics.

Thats fine with me. The only things I change for myself on my RM250 is the pipe, the suspension, the clutch perch and lever, adding a light flywheel weight, the drive train (chain and rear sprocket), the handle bars, the tyres, adding bark busters, a steering damper and fine tuning the jetting and all of these are likely to be changed on any bike that I use. And most of these parts get changed from bike to bike. Everyone needs to set their own bike up to suit themselves and the RM250 is a great platform to do that in my opinion. I will be quite happy for them not to ruin a great package by changing what they already have. I don't even want an aluminium frame.
