Warning: Twilight Road, Auckland (13 September)

Hey all,

just a warning, i was going through twilight road last night at about 10-11pm.....

they have patched up the road in multiple places...(i was coming from the maraetai end coming back up through twilight towards whitford)

and there is one left hander.....with a bit to the left and right big enough to be used as a rest area / scenic viewpoint...i dunno


theres alot of loose gravel on it.....my front end decided to go for a skate through said corner at about 100kph....

got her back though.


also a couple of other corners where theyve put grey patches in and those bits have loose grit on them too...


so yeah just thought i'd let u all know

Twilight road - connects Cleveden and Brookby.
The Brookby end is kind of near Whitford and the Cleveden end is on the way to Maraetai.

no where near Muriwai which is up north.....like Wellsford way....ish....
