300 i think, i saw 297, continued to accellerate then the speedo went blank, so i presume that was 300 on the limiter. This was down the back straight at Pukekohe
VFR1000R = 275kmh indicated returning from a track day at Manfeild , the owner of the bike said "try my bike to see how it goes " so i did.
CBX750F2 = 135 mph at the Wairarapa drags yrs ago in the flying 1/4.
Not bad for a 225 kg tourer!!!
AA/D class drag car ( Toppalino with s/ch big block on alchahol )
zero to 235mph over 1/4 mile. And i thought the bikes ive riden were fast , man did i get a learning. I used about 3/4 throttle and that was enough for me.
120 Kph in top @ 8500 rpm, downhill, with a tail wind
It will probably go quicker but it sounds so bad above 8000 rpm that I'm reluctant to try.
hmm..
93 bandit 400 120mph indicted @ 12000 rpm.
Half naked 89 FZR 600 140 or so and very twitchy.
Current bike 94 Rf900 Upright, I glanced down & saw 130 mph but like previously said, not really the time to be taking eyes off the road. It just gently howls up to obscene speeds. I wish I this when I lived in Germany and not the little bandit. It's probably best that I didn't though.
Gidday,
298 kph on the B.R.M dyno, Friday night just just gone...
Just goe's to show how hopelessly inaccurate most speedos are as the needle was bouncing off the stop at an indicated 340 kph !!!
Guess I won't be winning ant mines faster than yours contests anytime soon !!!
Cheers

I once had a 1200 Bandit indicating well over the end of the clock on a downhill stretch on the German Autobahn. Bandit clock went as far as 260. That was exciting to say the least. There were still a couple of cars that I couldn't catch though.
If you love it, let it go. If it comes back to you, you've just high-sided!

Worked ZZR1100, M4 on the Membury straight and further on towards Bristol.
Indicated 190 MPH.
Flat to the tank, warm windless day, reasonably empty road for a UK motorway.
Pulled at Bristol = 7 year loss of UK licence (2 year actual ban and 15 points put on licence (12 to loose licence clearing after 7 years)).

Membury services - know it very well (old Bristol lad!).
I pulled 275kmh (indicated) on the ZX10R at Pukekohe on Saturday, it was still pulling but my brakes were fading so the anchors came on a bit earlier than I'd have liked.
Ferodo pads here I come...![]()

the DEAD forum for politically incorrect Sportbike riders!
There's more skill in actually going really slow on a bike. Any nob can twist a wrist.
Stopped by some gentlemen in a multi coloured car just before the M32 exit. Slowed down for that lovely big bend just before the turn off for the M32. Booked me for exceeding 140mph. Visit to Stroud magistrates court where drunk drivers were getting 3 months ban, I got hammered.
