    I have a mate who has a computer printout from Champion Dragway....

    712mph on a BSA Winged Wheel. It's got the top end from hell.

    295 on a ZX9R (indicated)

    175 on DRZ400 (geared up as far as I can)
    Not bad for a dirt bike (handles like shit though)

    The D6 that CAT makes is very similar in many ways to the ZZR-D6. It's large and heavy, but purposeful with plenty of pulling power and does what it was designed to do very well indeed.
