my theory is that all the devices in the world wont help you if somebody wants it badly enough. i keep my insurance up to date and keep my fingers crossed.

true nothing will stop them if they realllly want it.

but it's always good to slow them down....

Nothing, no locks/chains, i don;t even use steering lock.

Locked in a internal garage at nite, and usual its not out of my side, @ work it parks right outside my window.

I had a bad habit of leaving my keys in my bike, i had parked previous bikes in middle of tauranga city for hours on end with keys inthem, and nothing ever happened.

Just like on the 'Simpsons', if you want something stolen, just put a bike lock around it

I normally just lock the steering, but then, it is an older bike so doesn't attract quite as much attention.

While home it is in a secure/covered park in wellington CBD, pay $100/month for that. It also chained to the wall.
At work we have secure garage so just the steering lock to stop people from trying to move it without asking me.
