I'd agree - I was far more comfy on the thou, doing Auck - Welly trips - 1600k weekend stuff - than just going for runs. The 750 handles quicker, espec. in the tighter stuff.depends on your perspective cajan....and remember that s your opinion...more than half the guys in club level F1/superbike racings are not getting near the full potential of 1000cc bikes...so a 750 still definatly has a place on the road!! I still reckon a thou is OTT for the road unless your touring...but then thats my opinion
