2008 R6 now also on motorcycledaily

Gets variable length intake trumpets (from R1) and a few other changes but keeps its good looks (fortunately).

Hey that looks awesome with the shorty exaust pipe on there, always loved the look of the yammies over all the other 600s.

Hrm. Still not really a fan of it's looks. I think the stock exhaust looks shit (ie. Suzuki pulled it off much tidier...)

the R6 is so good looking. Looking at the pics of the '07 and '08 side by side it just looks a little more refined but there's no major changes. Love the Yellow with flames paint job.

Can'think of much you could do to improve the looks of the '07 R6 so I'm glad Yammie didn't munge it.

Looking forward to the '08 supersprot shootouts.

Looks awesome. Would be nice to see some dyno figures and take one for a thrash, clearly. But the idea, at least, I'm hugely in love with. Right, off to make some money then

Is there any reason why bikes don't come from the factory with 'tail tidy' type rear ends? Some countries don't allow it?
