    It's gone!!!

After riding for a couple of months I have decided I love it so much I have sold my car. I just received the call this morning from a buyer !!! money should be in tomorrow morning!

So now - Im a 1 bike, 0 car kinda guy (my caring wife might drive me when I need help with big stuff).

The money is going as a deposit on a cruiser - not sure which one at the moment - the Harley Nightster and the Triumph Speed Master are the leaders purley on "what rocks my boat" having ridden neither (L plate and all that).

So for the next 7 months my only transport is going to be the Ginny. First time Ive not had a car for 23 years !!!! and I dont mind one little bit.

    This biking stuff rocks !!!

The Nightster is a very cool bike... You'll find that once you start riding a few you'll very quickly figure out what works for you.
They shall not grow old as we that are left grow old.
Age shall not weary them nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the evening,
    we will remember them

if you're test riding a Triumph, you owe yourself a spin on a scrambler....

Good stuff! I got so fed up after 6 months of only having a bike and getting taxis to the airport/not being able to pick stuff & people up etc etc that I've bought a cage again yesterday - still it cost less than the bike's Akrapovic exhaust
Better to keep quiet and have people think you're stupid than open your mouth and prove it!

I couldn't be without my 2 wheels..... My wife take the kids everywhere in the van...... It now resembles a rubbish compactor....... As for the the bike..... not even an ashtray to collect trash in. The only way to be...... not to empty out my pockets.
