    Yep, they're underwritten by some big, reputable insurers mainly UK-based. Sovreign used to be their underwriter but I'm not sure whether they are now. I've never had any probs with them and when I wanted to add a mate from the UK to my policy for a few weeks, it was all done with no hassles.

    we have all our bikes thru john baker and thats 6 of them about $110k worth of motorcycles, they offer cheap insurance to uylsses members also one of cheapest ones i have found by rining around

    Heh. State gave their competitors an advantge when they told me they'd charge the most ($850+ p/a on my Bandit) and refuse cover for theft and vandalism. Pricks.

    FMI were the best for me, but like most outfits I spoke to they wanted at least one other non-bike thing insured with them.
