and you'd have to put the thing together. would be interesting to see how it goes round corners, big corners looking at it wheel base.

at first site hah JR? Certainly has clean lines doesn't it, no flab . I like the concept of a HD donk in a decent roadbike(read oldschool brit like but braced to hell) frame, suspention, brake setup. Buells seem too radical and this seems too dragster like for my tastes. Something in between would be cool. I recalled in the early 80s Cycle magezine, I think it was, did an article on one. Must pop over and see Dad and see if I can drag it out.

I have a mate that has a race bike built around an HD 1340 shovel motor,it has all the flash Italian suspension, brakes ect ect.
He built it himself from the ground up,It looks like the typical race/sportsbike.
I'd love to buy it and street rego' it but he just ain't selling.
I'll post some pic's when the flybuys get up enough to buy a digi cam.

Great! The good lady got our digicam from the supermarket she works in. One of the best purchases we've made gadget wise.

The wheelbase seems awfully long for a sportbike.

I'm not convinced of its cornering abilities.
And I to my motorcycle parked like the soul of the junkyard. Restored, a bicycle fleshed with power, and tore off. Up Highway 106 continually drunk on the wind in my mouth. Wringing the handlebar for speed, wild to be wreckage forever.

It has the same dimentions as the early FXR,They go around corners very well, even better with decent suspension.
