They are without a doubt my favourite heavyweight bike, in the weekend I bit the bullet and bought a 1990 ZZR600.. unfortunately I have to wait a week or two until I pass my full to use it, and get insurance on it.

I just fricken love ZZR/ZX's, next to my 600 is a '92 ZZR1100 with corbin aftermarket seat, rest is stock.. I'm thinking of getting a seat like it for my 600, with it I think it will be the most comfortable bike I have ever sat on, the inbetween from gpx 250 and the zzr1100, the 600 has such a nice position. 1100 is just too much of a bike in every sense for a newbie hehe, hell, even the 600 showed me not to underestimate it! (Oh, not that I have ridden it, just to the dairy or anything, and of course I haven't taken a 5 minute detour!)
Its a 1993 - the later models than mine are actually slower believe it or not.

Pretty much once your changing to second gear your looking at losing your license. Specs say 200k in 2nd.

The 600cc versions are great bikes, love the ZZR range. Had the 250 ZZR, rode the 600ZZR and now the 1100 - they all have the same feel and predictable handling.. they just get heavier and faster

Cool camera mount there Dan, I've got the same camera mounted on the handle bars of my bike. Love the Kawasaki vs Porsce ad, top notch.
