Thumbs up Tony Rees Motorcycles LTD

Ok I want to thank the best bike shop I have ever been to. We had a bike problem, well a tyre problem on the Gixxer. What looked like a bruise on the front of the tyre turned out to be delamination. We called Tony Rees Shop, Whakatane, from Opotiki at 3.30 in the avo on Thursday. They said bring it over and we will fix it. We did and they did. They had bikes on all the ramps when we arrived and they cleared one so they could work on my bike. Tyre off the shelf and a very informative conversation with the parts man. Tyre on. Noted brake pads were low so changed them for me. Had them in stock. Not bad for a Yamaha shop. The staff were unreal. Friendly with us and each other. Nothing was too hard. Even offered coffee to the four of us. Unbelievable. Ten points to this firm.
The price was so good. You can't make a living charging out like that people.

Thanks Tony Rees Motorcycles LTD (07) 3071050. Why would I publish this. Cos they are the best shop I have ever worked with. Mind you Whitelock's in Wanganui are close behind.

    Thanks you lot. You rock.

And thanks to Wasp27 from here for the heads up and the number to call

Nope.....as I was afraid of people read the headline in the other post and assume the worst. The other thread has not confirmed what the problem is.

I certainly endorse everything said here....it was so refreshing to see total strangers getting that much attention. The bike shops round these parts could do alot worse than send their staff up to Tony Rees for a lesson in customer relations almost makes ya want to buy a Yammy just so's you can deal with them..........oh, alright then......almost
Well done you guys...I bet you got some happy customers
    Cheers W & D

I've learned... that to ignore the facts does not change the facts

Do you seriously expect me to believe that these politicians would implement policy based on nothing more than bullshit......
