What do you need to do.
Does it need to be back to all original parts to get VINed and certified? Or can you just strap lights and indicators and wing mirrors to the fibreglass fairings to make it road legal?

Headlight tailight and inderkaters fingees must have some standard on em and the headlight must dip to the left .Mirrors need to be shiney and show a view backwards.
Ya may need a brake cert so brake lines need to be factory or certified braided.
Youll need the same ol paper trail anyone else needs
To see a life newly created. To watch it grow and prosper. Isn't that the greatest gift a human being can be given?
Translation:
Last time I VIN'ed a bike all of the lights etc had to have the correct numbers (i.e. original), and needed a full proof of ownership letter (or statement) signed by a JP. As long as everything works it should be alright, after-market lights are also alright once it has a VIN.
