What a machine. Speaking of KTM's, I took a 2007 990 Adventure for a squirt yesterday. Rode it around Christchurch and Lyttleton. It may nor be as pretty as the Super Duke but it sure was a fine bike that handled the road well too. Had enough wick to loose my licence and was pleasantly comfortable. I liked the rear wheel Antiskid braking too. All and all a great manufacturer I reckon. There is something that Euro bikes have in the way that they handle (You notice it immediately, like in the first 100 m) that makes them really appealing.
If you love it, let it go. If it comes back to you, you've just high-sided!

There is a very strong possibility that next year when the GSXR gets traded up that I will get a Superduke...
You going to the KB trackday 6 Chris?
Nail your colours to the mast that all may look upon them and know who you are.
It takes a big man to cry...and an even bigger man to laugh at that man.
Let me guess...they finally decided that ur a mad bastard and should not be allowed within 100m of a race track at any time...something to do with the smell of burning rubber and exhaust fumes making you become nuts??
I will definitely test ride one from a local dealer when I get the chance this summer.

Huh? You called?
They shall not grow old as we that are left grow old.
Age shall not weary them nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the evening,
we will remember them
