    Who are you insured with???

and are they any good? i know it often seems that insurance companys just try to dick you out of money so im intrested in who your with and what you think of them.
i just got a new bike and i want full cover. i was with e-bike insurance for my last bike but never had to use them. but now i want to know who's best befor dishing out more cash.
so who are you insured with and have they come to the party when youve needed them?
    cheers.
    Tom

Swan paid me out in 2 weeks of having claimed. They did however not comply 100% with their policy wording (according to me) and as all companies will... try to pinch as much as they possibly can, however in the end I think I am happy with their payout. though I could have in all legality simply got a new bike 4m them.

I'm with NZI theu a broker. North Harbour Insurance in Orewa/Warkworth. Their not the cheapest out there but nearly and they were really good at helping me out when I got hit, they're a family and were all going out of their way to sort me out with stuff that was nothing like their job. for an extra few bucks a year the service was amazing. Have life through them too and will get contents soon, for how good they've been I don't think I'd scout around for a cheaper deal, seems like it would be false value come claim time.
I'm selling my new riding gear!! Only worn a few times get a deal Kiwibikers!!

    Swann Insurance thru kiwibike.co.nz
Both good to deal with so far ... but ask me in a week or two when Mrs Oakie's claim should be settled.

Yup, Swann thru Kiwibike. Easy to deal with, friendly and helpful. I've had no issues with cover on trackdays either - they're definitely worth checking out!
