Doesn't mean he can't stir up some shit at work and let him and his workers know he's a twat! This is probably the type of guy thats really hard on his staff if they are caught doing this sort of stuff!
I read he was abused and recieved the bird in the final passing of the 4WD, might want to review the first post Reckless. The fact of the matter is, the stirring he is doing is just more likely to reinforce this sort of bullshit to all motorcyclists and it might not be him who cops it next, but another rider who has done fuck all wrong, but because another twat has been causing shit. It never ceases to amaze me that some people clearly believe in an eye for an eye, what does that achieve?

So, you believe in total anarchy then? Let anyone do whatever they like, and no consequences?

But I doubt that this would be the right thing to do. If he got the licience plate he should have made a complaint to the Police.

No, the guy popped the bird out of the window at me and shouted some abuse, not vice versa. The whole time it happened I pretty much tried to ride as normally as possible.

I agree with what you're saying, actually; don't particularly feel like stirring up any more shit. I thought maybe flicking an email pointing to this thread might be interesting a while ago, but now it seems not such a good idea. If the email really disappeared into a black hole (surely GMail isn't blocked?), then so be it.

You could try an ad in the trade section of the local paper 'on behalf of the firm in question' to the effect that they specialise in trying to push m/cyclists off the road.

Sweet, there will allways be the twats out there who get upset over a bike jumping the gun. We have a crap bottle neck in the main road north out of New Plymouth, which I used to run down the side of the procession of cages to the set of lights by Fitzroy. Would often get plenty of abuse and horns blowing at me. At the end of the day I would just smile and consider them morons...

I'm told that in England that some cagers even open their doors so that a motorcyclist hits it. A bit of abuse and the fingers, in which ever order, is pretty easy to cope with IMO.

    1. Have you ever tried this? It is f**king difficult to balance off the side of a car roof, so that the shit lands in the required spot. (Took me at least 3 "Myth-Busting" attempts). Its just not practical.

    2. Better still, rub shit into his air vents, just under the windscreen.
Do this well, so that nothing is visible from the outside.
An old pomy guy told me that in the day the thing to do was take the hub-caps off the cage, shit in hubcap and replace. Reckons the smell last forever and is impossible to locate. But yes, the air vents is particularly nasty!!!
