John Yeates once again made things right for me. What Triumph NZ couldn't sort out in 4 weeks, (actually, more like 3 months), he sorted in less than two days.

OK, I havn't got a new wheel assy that SHOULD be available under warranty, but now at least I will be able to ride, and more importantly stop my Scrambler safely.

If you have any wheel, frame, alloy welding, fork, linkage etc issues, you will not go wrong by getting in touch with this gent.

those guys are awesome, john did in two days what an auckland shop couldn't/wouldn't do in nearly a year - i was very impressed, he has also opened shop after hours for dropoffs and pickups... customer service at its best!
