It may be an associate of mine who I rode in tandem with in the Westpac rescue chopper fundraiser ride. He works in the area but is not an active KB member. He can ride Saturdays for short rides but not Sundays.
I must remind myself to call him and see if he is keen on a group ride sometime.
Never... it keeps your attention sharp... as long as you dont make contact
An old fella (aged 86) who rode a 600cc AJS in the 1960's told me it was riding his bike on the backroads that kept him alert and alive (many of our roads were gravel in those days as you will remember)
