Heaps of thoughts CK, real hard not to think about it when I'm repeatedly being passed by them all the way into work and back home lol (got passed by an 04 R1 & an 04 ZX-10 today ). But I've made my mind up for now and those close to me are happy and very supportive.

    See you around Richard.

Ps. I coughed up $400 for a new cage radar detector today - 1st time I've ever owned one

For God's sake man use your head. Is the best that you can do is to quote me back with my own posts :spudwhat: :spudwhat: See L G has done the same. Not too sure how I have upset him but for some reason he sees himself as your saviour. Now don't take that literally. If you are going to slag me Zed then do it properly. Mean and dirty.

    Interesting quote from the bible.

Be not afraid to heed the fool for some speak from wisdom and can say things that wise men can not.

And I am the freaking cool-meister!

Naw, this fighting is quite pathetic, you people are sensible enough to realise that this is pointless and infuriating :P, so why can't we all get along?! We share a love of bikes, so lets forget about our prejudice and get back to bikeseses

Someone doesn't like scooters,I'm sure he would think an AG200 quite ridiculous too - shall we ask him?

    interesting....

To tell the truth, I havent really got to know Zed outside the site. However, the brief times that I have met him he seemed personable and vaguely friendly. On the site it is another matter altogether. Maybe it is the conversation topics or the inability to effectively communicate irony/sarcasm through text that influences my view.
In the same way, I imagine that someone like Spud or Lou might be very different in the flesh - who knows, they may even get along

Methinks that when you do decide to get back into biking, you need to get out there on a CB600/SV650/generic medium capacity non 'sports' bike. As HR and CK say - slow things down a bit, enjoy the ride for the fresh air, scenery, company and destination. There is no need to push yourself to enjoy the pleasures of motorcycling...

"Would crawl over broken glass before owning Suzuki"

The only reason I only ride in the Iron man Class is I have no friends left to enter the two man events,
    my own fault really.

Madcat, use the magnificent KB search facility to find a thread called "Silly Scooters" that I started. I don't hide my feelings about the silly things (and an apology has been made to DebK in advance!)

During my time online this year I have also said some derogatory things about small-engine bikes - I suppose I struck a cord with Motu there?
