    ZERO electric bike

I have always hated the idea of an Electric Motorcycle, but these guys seem to have come up with something that works well: http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/business/8017014.stm

Designed like a Trials bike to be nimble and for urban usage it does 0-100 kph in 5 seconds and has a limited top speed of 110Kph. It uses a new generation of rechargeable cell technology that can give a full charge in 4 hours from a standard powerpoint.

IMO - pretty damn good. A new off road class in the making!

I wonder if it has a retractable cord, and if so, how long. :-)

The reason this is revolutionary is that it uses the latest battery technology, so it doesn't weigh a Tonne and will charge in 4 hours from a standard household plug.

It has an MP3 chip slot with sub-woofer speakers.

Which bike would you like it to sound like?
