Interesting that so many are in favour of going to pay this clown a 'visit' . Seems to me that if this does in fact take place the ones up on charges will be the "Carol Singers" & not the cage driver.

Just looking back through the posts.

It appears to me from reading them in some detail that IBBACK (with a C) is a Falcon Ute, and IBBAK (no C) is the Celica.

This guy thinks its funny to swerve towards you when you overtake on right.
He did it twice, first time he did it because he thought I was about to pass, I was not about to pass. Second time I indicated to pass, waited 3 and went to pass and he swerved toward me again, causing me to brake hard. All happened in 50 km zone, Abbots Way and Grand Drive. After that I passed fast with no warning, got up the road and decided to come back and follow him, came back past him, turned round again and followed for a while but had to break off as I was expected home.
If anybody see's him on the road beware ! If anybody see's the car parked anywhere on a regular basis please let me know as I would love to have a wee chat with the idiot.

    thanks.
Better yet if anyone spots this cage in a regular place let us all know we can convoy and kick his stupid ass!!!

Im not sayn we should go round and kick his arse.. well not straight away. I think he maybe more interested in what hospitalfood has to say if theres 50 or so guys on bikes sitting across the road.. may just give him the shock he needs. And if that doesnt work... Il bring a 6 pack of whoop ass with me.. and some chips and crackers() for the spectatators.

we can move on it. 3 complaints will cause the police to act on it I think.
Why wait for all 3? If this driver is as bad as you're saying, there's a decent chance that someone else (unconnected with KB) will report them too. Unless they're all sitting around grumbling that "one complaint won't count", and doing nothing ...

Look I'm all for vigilante' action and all mate but seriously - just call the cops eh? Bikes have a sad image as it is and they suck at posse vehicles....

Why start something that will only ever end in tears? If you want to join a gang there are openings but be waned - the membership fee is quite high!

(Privacy Act, and all that bollix). Presumably, if you do the search and the vehicle is consequently stolen or the owner is assaulted or whatever, then there's a record for the polis, but the owner can't go to the PO and ask if anyone's performed a rego search on their vehicle.
    So I've been told.
The person who told you that was spot on. It is a public register.

Cops might get a tad suspicious if they get a hundred *555's about him in a one week, ranging from Whangarei to Christchurch...

after thinking, which I only ever do on the 3rd Friday of the month.........
the best result for all bikers is to reduce the cage driving bike hating population by one person............
with this in mind perhaps the best thing is for me to talk to the guy, go and see him alone or perhaps with one other waiting on the road, and try to reason with the guy.
I do know where he is now, he does live in St Johns.
    IT IS NOT THE UTE.
the only other smart option in my opinion is the cops, but this will not stop him hating bikes......

    cheers.

I would advise you take a "friend" as a witness in case this guy is completely unreasonable and tries to start something.

Seems like there's enough people that have had genuine trouble with this guy that no-one needs to make anything up. Can everyone who has had a run-in with this asshole call the cops please? I know it's not that likely to happen but you don't know who this guy is or how strung out etc. Do you want him thinking all the bikes across the road are the mongrel mob come to collect on his drug debts? Pull a slug gun/sawnoff out and start laying into you? Not likely but not impossible. Call the cops and get a complaint going. Go in and make a written complaint. Talk to the community constable not just the desk person. They will go around whan they're next in the area or visit their workplace if they know where it is (or you supply it to them) and tell him they've got their eye on him. I know cops range in their people skills and how much they give a shit about bikes etc but I can't think of one thet would let this behaviour carry on. They see enough people who's last mark on the world is red and goes for 300 metres down the road.

I'm not against putting the shits up a clown like this guy but the result everyone wants is to have him stopped and the easyest way is to have to have the cops do it for you. Most cops I know wouldn't be against knocking on the door and spouting the white lie of "you nearly killed my wife today so pull ya f*ckin' head in". And leave knowing the job should be done. I doubt they'd want to trade a riders life just so they can get some solid evidece on him.

    End rant!
I'm selling my new riding gear!! Only worn a few times get a deal Kiwibikers!!
