    Angry Should have rung first...

Been looking for a 'good' XR or CRF100 for my eleven year old daughter and this afternoon I was looking on TM thinking if I'm going to pay the $$ most are trying to get for them, I might as well get a new one and be done with it.... Saw that Wild West Honda had a new CRF100 2008 auction listed, didn't notice the end date of 16th November (and it shouldn't matter anyway). So in a moment of weakness I said "come on Grace, lets go and buy a nice shiny new one for the weekend". You can imagine the size of her smile. Got there to find none in stock and apparently none in the country for another month I thought auctions had to be for something that was available. One really let down little girl and a Dad who nearly bought his first Honda. Dreadful day that should have been very, very cool..........

Those small bore honda 4's are pretty good by all accounts.

Well it will be worth the wait I guess, sort of have to buy her a new one after today.

Go for it, I did the same for my daughter earlier this year and got a new one as I could not find a 2nd hand one for much less than new. You will not regret it, and they will love it too.

My daughter has the CRF100 brilliant little bike. Goes on and on with little maintenance 'cept the usual stuff, chain, oil petrol!
Guess you'll be taking it to woodhill for the power adventures family weekend on the 28th Oct
If so my whole crew will be turning up so she might like to ride with them - all girls.

You only need two tools in life - WD-40 and Duct Tape.
If it doesn't move and should, use the WD-40.
If it shouldn't move and does, use the duct tape.
And now a third thing a bloody big gun to shoot theives with!

I just heard the event I was going to in Hastings at the weekend (model flying) has been canceled due the foul weather they're having in sunny Hawkes Bay... Will take Grace and CRF up to the Sandpit Saturday afternoon and then to Power ride Sunday, We will be in a red Previa with silver/brown trailer, green and red missiles on the back.......
