It has been proven that I'm a noob!

Damn do i feel like a noob.... and i feel like sharing hopefully someone will find this as funny as i do now (not at the time)

got up this morning feeling really good about the day as i started my much awaited new job!! YAY
pootled off to work which is a nice flash cafe called Flax up at kiwi valley on henderson valley road (good coffee and food!!)
the day went well without any major dramas until i got on the bike to head home....
As the bike i am currently using is not my own I did not realize that well the gas was low so as im heading home i well putt to a stop, took me awhile to realize that i had infact run out of gas, no money on me and LilSel was in the process of saving my flattie who had a flat battery.....

so here i am sitting on the side of the road waiting to be saved, so i think why not have a ciggy not today! i open my packet up to go and roll one and the wind blows the remains of my tobacco across the road...
by this stage im getting pissy..... no gas no smokes no money. and it was HOT!!

5 or 6 bikes have gone past and not one stopped to see if i was ok but then to my surprise SANTA shows up on his pretty Kawa (think 6rn) i must thank you you made me smile!

but yeah had pushed my bike halfway to gas station when i was saved by a friend! a ciggy and gas!

i hope when i get up tomorrow it will be a better day!

    yep what a NOOB!
I've learnt to hide the pain inside, open the throttle and ride away.

Paved roads are just another example of wasted tax payer dollars.

Every time I've run right out of gas I've literally been coasting towards a servo, go figure ;-)

Was driving as tail pilot for one of our trucks today so couldn't stop for a fellow biker, what sucked worse, was that in my usual truck(I was in a poxy van) - I keep a 10L can of petrol in it for such occasions!
