Question Soft springs on the JR80 front end

I have just purchased a JR80 Suzuki 2006 model for my wife and kids and the front springs are way too soft for my wife but the back is fine. Does anyone know where to get harder springs for one of these bikes? They need to be 17.6mm dia and up to 400mm long.

The original ones are tapered at each end and are only 320mm long with a spacer of around 95mm long. These would however be good for a very light kid, but are useless for a 68kg woman. But the back is hard as and it's on the softest setting. I am 103kg and the back is still fine for me!

PM Danger he''ll sort you out!
You neeed the correct springs for your (or her) weight.
Moto pro don't have a JR on their site http://www.moto-pro.com/mybike.asp as its not a race bike but race tech might.
Try Danger he might have the calcs though.
On a Motorcycle you're penetrating distance, right along with the machine!! In a car you're just a spectator, the windshields like a TV!!

'Life's Journey is not to arrive at the grave safely in a well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, totally worn out! Shouting, ' Holy sh!t... What a Ride!! '
