FWIW the plate BUGSY is for a red 1982 Honda Civic, so the plate is wrong.

Yeah I thought it might be about me too, or any number of people that I know. I am a bicycle courier and thought it could have been about me on a bicycle till he mentioned the number plate. If people saw half the stuff I get up to on a bicycle in the inner city they would freak.
